About Our Services

Who are the virtual experts I’ll be working with?

Our VEs are highly skilled professionals based in the Philippines. Each one goes through a multi-step screening process, including assessments and interviews, to ensure quality and fit.

What types of tasks can I delegate to a VE?

Tasks include executive support, admin, email and calendar management, customer service, bookkeeping, content creation, data entry, social media management, research, and more.

What is a dedicated virtual expert?

A dedicated VA works exclusively with your company during their scheduled hours, ensuring consistency, deep familiarity with your operations, and confidentiality.

Is the VE shared with other clients?

If you hire a full-time Virtual Expert, they work exclusively with your business during their scheduled hours. For part-time arrangements, a VE may support more than one client, but their time and tasks will remain fully dedicated to you during the hours you’ve booked.

Is the VE fluent in English?

Yes. All VEs are proficient in both spoken and written English. Communication skills are part of our hiring criteria.

Scheduling & Availability

What hours will my VE work?

You choose the schedule. Most clients request 4- or 8-hour shifts aligned with their business hours. Weekend or holiday coverage can also be arranged.

Can your VEs work in my time zone?

Yes. Our VEs can adjust to your preferred time zone. While GVE currently serves many U.S.-based clients, we’re also open to working with businesses in other regions such as Europe and Australia.

Will my VE work on weekends or holidays?

Yes. Your Virtual Expert can work on weekends or holidays if requested. We tailor each schedule based on your business needs, ensuring your VE is available when you need support most.

Can I use my VE while I’m traveling or working remotely?

Yes. Our services are fully remote and accessible from anywhere with internet.

Getting Started & Onboarding

How do I get started with GVE?

We begin with a free consultation. Once we understand your needs, we shortlist VEs, you interview and select, and we onboard your chosen VE within a few days.

How long does the hiring process take?

It usually takes 5–10 business days. If you need a faster turnaround, we may have pre-vetted VEs available to deploy immediately.

Can I review resumes and interview candidates first?

Absolutely. You’ll receive a shortlist of qualified candidates, and you’re free to interview and choose who you work with.

I found a VE I like, what happens next?

We finalize the agreement, set the start date, provide onboarding support, and assign a client success representative to ensure a smooth launch.

Pricing & Payments

What is the cost to hire a VE?

Pricing depends on the role, experience level, and hours required. Contact us for a tailored quote. We offer competitive, all-inclusive monthly pricing.

Are there hidden charges or setup fees?

No. We provide transparent, flat-rate pricing with no hidden or surprise fees.

How do I pay for the service?

We offer flexible payment methods for your convenience.

ACH Transfer

A link to our secure payment portal will be sent directly via our invoicing system through email or text message. This allows you to complete your payment easily.

Credit Card

We accept all major credit cards. Please note that a 3.5 percent transaction fee applies to credit card payments and will be added to the total amount due. The cardholder is responsible for covering this fee.

Monitoring & Support

How do I track my VE’s work and hours?

We use a time tracker to record your VE’s work hours accurately. In addition, you’ll receive a daily task report that outlines what was accomplished each day, giving you full visibility into your VE’s output and progress.

Who do I talk to if there’s an issue?

 You’ll be assigned a client success manager who can help with feedback, adjustments, or any concerns.

Can I request a VE replacement if needed?

Yes. If your VA isn’t the right fit, we will provide a replacement promptly, at no additional cost.

Security, Confidentiality & Tools

How do you protect my data and ensure confidentiality?

 All VEs sign a strict non-disclosure agreement (NDA). We also train them in data protection, secure file handling, and client confidentiality protocols.

Can I require the VE to sign my own NDA?

Yes, you may request that your VE sign an additional NDA specific to your business.

What tools and equipment does the VE use?

Our VEs are equipped with reliable internet, headsets, and laptops/desktops. If you use specific platforms (CRMs, PM tools, etc.), your VE will be trained accordingly.

Can my VE make international calls or handle international tasks?

Yes, provided they have access to the tools or systems you authorize (like VoIP, travel platforms, etc.).
