Your deposit officially starts the process and allows GVE to begin the work described on this page.

Final Job Description and Agreement Are Prepared

GVE prepares the final detailed job description together with the formal client agreement as a single document for review and signature.

You Review and Sign

The final document is sent electronically through a simple click-to-sign process.

GVE Proceeds with the Search

Once signed, GVE moves forward with the search and placement process.

Authorization to Proceed

By submitting the refundable $1,000 Search Initiation Deposit, you authorize Global Virtual Experts to begin Search Initiation and proceed with the work described on this page.

This includes role alignment, preparation of the final detailed job description, preparation of the formal client agreement, candidate search and evaluation activity, and transition support associated with launching the engagement.

Refund Policy

The $1,000 Search Initiation Deposit is 100% refundable if GVE does not perform.

For purposes of this engagement, “does not perform” means GVE does not present at least two qualified candidates aligned with the final mutually approved job description, including the agreed:
